• Welcome Tea and introduction to Equine-Facilitated Learning (EFL)

• Mindful walk in the shaded Oak grove; Meet the herd

• Three transformational sessions

• Lunch options (a list of local caterers & restaurants will be made available after checkout)

• Reflective and integrative journal prompts

• Time to enjoy the grounds
