As women, we hold a lot.
Responsibility. Care. Insight.
And rarely enough space to fully exhale.
This group workshop is designed for women who want time to restore their nervous systems, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with what supports fulfillment and clarity in both life and work.
This is not regular coaching, talk therapy, riding, or problem-solving.
It’s a felt, embodied experience—one that helps insight land in the body, not just the mind.
“As an EFL (Equine facilitated learning) and Regenerative Live Coach, and Certified Embodiment Teacher, I keep witnessing something that's hard not to call magic when facilitating these workshops. People have profound breakthroughs with horses as guides and teachers when they're open to connecting with these 1100 lb non-predatory creatures.”
Gretchen Fox Palmer, Kenshō Stables owner
What this experience offers
Through Equine-Facilitated Learning, horses act as living mirrors—responding honestly and without judgment to our internal states, patterns, and presence. Their feedback is immediate, grounding, and often surprisingly clarifying.

Nervous system regulation and emotional resilience
Increased self-awareness and insight into personal patterns
Releasing overwhelm and internal pressure
Reconnecting with intuition, boundaries, and embodied confidence
Experiencing co-regulation through the presence of horses
About the approach

Why Horses?
Horses are master mirrors of human behavior.
As prey animals, they must sense and respond to threats instantly — yet they have learned not to waste energy fleeing haphazardly. Over generations, they have mastered the art of reading intent. They notice our state of being, our intentions, our energy, and our emotions — with incredible subtlety and immediacy.
When coaches work with horses, these reflections surface patterns and blind spots that are often hidden in everyday interactions. Horses don’t respond to what we say — they respond to who we are in the moment. This creates a powerful, real-time feedback loop for:
Self-awareness — noticing how our internal state shows up externally
Emotional regulation — learning to calm and focus under pressure
Leadership confidence — showing up authentically and with presence
Shifting patterns — uncovering and moving beyond unhelpful behaviors
With horses, insights aren’t theoretical — they’re embodied. Change happens in the body, in real time, and leaves a lasting impression.

Adaptability isn’t learned in theory — it’s lived on the ground.
