Well-being Camp Counselors

We bring together a beautiful array of masters, teachers and support staff for each weekend. If you are drawn to a specific teacher, please, ask which practitioners will be at the weekend of your choice during your 1:1 intro call.

  • Alex Palmer

Kenshō Owner, Camp Counselor and Mens Work Coach

Hi, there. I’m Alex Palmer, co-host of Well-being Weekend Camp and co-owner of Kenshō Stables. I make sure Kenshō is safe, secure and thriving for our events, guests and animals living on our property. After 15 years working at big agencies like IMG and AKQA and the sports industry, I became deeply interested in mental health and men’s work while looking for solutions to my own depression. I am in progress of getting my Masters in The Psychology of Neuroscience at King’s College of London, have been trained as a men’s coach and lead the Fellowman podcast, discussing men’s mental, physical and spiritual health. I look forward to working with the men attending WWC during our work-out breakout session.

  • Brandy Amara Skyy

Sacred Creatrix, Author and Magic Mentor

Hola! I’m Brandi. I’m a Sacred Leader(ship) mentor, artivist, and non-fiction author. I teach spiritual entrepreneurs and creatives how to lead through art, love, and (woke) magic so they can bring their mission and vision to life. When I’m not serving my gente, writing books, or being the change I wish to see, I can be found obsessing over all things Lisa Frank and Dallas Cowboys football. Or (if you’re in luck ;) slaying the stage & brining down the hose as the flawless drag queen & performer that I am. Two snaps & around the world

  • Shannon Larissa Claussen

    Sound and Vibrational Healer

I use all my senses and my intuition in an open and receptive way to help facilitate any and all that wants to be seen, heard, felt, smelled, played, laughed, cried and calmed. Reiki, Somatic Practices such as Clinical Somatic Movement and of course Sound Immersion are tools in my Life Bag that have spoken to me to best do this.

The Singing Bowls, Planetary Gong and singing with the Shruti Box are amazingly therapeutic and are transformative to the body and soul. I'm passionate about bringing these instruments of change to those that seek their nourishing frequencies.

  • Vincent Lucier

VinYin Yoga Teacher and Camp Counselor

Meet Vincent Lucier, a native of Montana who found his way to the vibrant city of Austin, Texas in 2016. By day, he excels as a digital marketing professional navigating the always-on world of technology. However, amid the challenges posed by the pandemic, Vincent turned to yoga to rediscover his sense of community. This transformative journey led him to complete his 200-hour vinyasa and meditation teacher training, where he unearthed a profound passion for guiding others.

Vincent's yoga philosophy centers around the seamless fusion of breath and movement, providing participants with the space to challenge their bodies while listening to their bodies with compassion. His classes offer a voyage of self-discovery, unveiling latent strengths and facilitating deep relaxation.

  • Shannon Young

    Feminine Embodiment Teacher

This movement practice has the potential to be all the things: emotional, spiritual, sensual and physical. Did I mention life-changing? I love witnessing people begin to explore and tap into their bliss and then challenge themselves to take it to the next level. It lights me up; leaves me inspired and keeps me moving.
